I've been transporting my track bike without one for a couple of years. Now I bought an almost new bike I wanted to take more care off the paint work.
This allows me to spread the load across the two handles equally and tie that bike down safely and securely.

Used in conjunction with tie-down straps these handle bar straps are a must when securing your motorcycle in a van or on a trailer. Slide over the grips and across the handlebars to give the ideal position to attach the tie downs. Designed to fit most motorcycles from cruisers and moto-X to scooters, with a breaking point 370kg.
