Gear Gremlin Transparent Tank Pad

Good clear tank pad, quite thick, wouldn't quite fit perfectly on my tank, but that isn't Gear Gremlin's fault.

After applying the tank pad quite a few tiny air bubbles were left, not sure if it was my technique or the fact that the pad is transparent and air trapped underneath it is visible. Overall good product.

Good size, well made and relatively easy to fit.

Wanted something transparent so it didn't clash with my bike. Nice size, easy to fit (Air Bubbles show up more on a transparent one).

Warmed the pad up with a hair dryer before applying as it was a cold day. Went on perfectly, no bubbles, looks great.

I have a 1979 BMW boxer that I had re painted. Seems the paint is a bit soft, so the protector seemed a good idea. No mounting instructions! I was unable to get all the bubbles out. Am waiting to see if time will help, would have looked great
without this problem.

Decent sized tank pad which sticks strongly to the fuel tank. Need to press out the air bubbles.

Disappointed with the adhesion of the tank protector, despite correctly preparing the tank. Can't fault the service by Sportsbikeshop.

Have a Phantom Black Triumph Bonni, so didn't want anything obvious or that I was going to get wrong. No worries. It's a doddle to put on and blends in very nicely thank you very much. Recommend to anyone.

Good price, sufficiently thick to protect the surface. The best I ever bought for the bikes a had. Fitted perfectly the Honda CB 600 F.

A really good good tank pad. Just a quick bit of advice, use a hair drier when fitting it and you'll have no bubbles whatsoever.

Does the job, protects your tank. Can't really ask for much more from a tank protector.
