With over a decade in the bike industry, Adam’s known among colleagues as ‘Google’ thanks to his deep knowledge of helmets, clothing and accessories. He’s got a serious thing for kit and is always happy to share his expertise with fellow riders. Adam’s passion for bikes kicked off early – he was hooked on MotoGP at the age of 10 and by 18 he got his first race-rep 125cc. Since then, he’s worked his way through a long line of sportbikes, but his tastes have since evolved and he’s currently got his eye on a custom Ducati Scrambler.

I visited the norwich store,some items I wanted were not in stock,so they ordered them in for me got them the next day,the staff there were very helpful,I will definitely be returning also their prices are very competitive.

Great return experience

Had to return some boots bought back in August as the lace system had become faulty. I chose to return them to the Norwich shop and they were returned free to head office for inspection. Alas, they couldn't be repaired and as they were no longer stocked I was offered a full refund or asked if I wanted an alternative item. I chose the latter (they were more expensive than the returned boots so was emailed a payment link and paid the difference) the new boots were received the next day via courier. A great customer service experience.

Ordered a Cardo second helmet intercom for my wifes helmet. Item turned up not as I expected as a full second system for the lid but a second helmet kit to clip my cardo to. Totally my fault and not the fault of Sportsbikeshop. However Chris at customer service went far above my expectations organising and exchange of my wrongly ordered item for a full Cardo spirit HD for my wife lid at my local norwich shop. The lady in the shop was also more than helpful. So now they will have my custom going forward. Great customer service is always promised but rarely delivered. I am very happy to say the SBS exceeded my expectations 10 fold and clearly want to help customers even when they make an easy mistake. Thankyou SBC. Also amazed that they have a 364day return policy for unopened items. Which is also brilliant

Is everything online available in-store?

Our stores have a very good selection of our most popular products, and for everything else you can use our ‘Try on or Buy’ system to have the items shipped to store ready for your arrival. Providing it’s in stock online, it’ll be there next day in-store for you, 7 days a week - no payment required, and we’ll let you know when it lands. It’s that simple!

*Can you fit my intercom for me?

As a helmet specialist, we’re happy to advise on the fitting of an intercom for your new helmet, and we’re also happy to do the fitting for you when timing allows – please just bear with us at peak times as you may need to leave it with us! Alternatively, you can always schedule a drop-off with us so we can ensure we have plenty of time to help. Please note though, that fitting new intercoms to older helmets is not always possible, as there may be compatibility issues that can lead to damage being caused during the fitting process. We also ask that your helmet is thoroughly cleaned prior to us fitting your intercom.

Can I check if an item is in stock before visiting a store?

Yes! Our website will tell you if an item is in stock at a store. To avoid disappointment, you can also send items to any store to ‘Try on or Buy’. Most items, if available at our warehouse, can be delivered to store next day. No payment required!

What payment methods do you accept in store?

Payment can be made by debit/credit card including American Express, and cash. We also offer Klarna finance in all stores. Whilst we accept PayPal on our website PayPal do not currently have an in-store payment method.

I purchased something online; can I return it to a store?

Sure! Provided the product is in original unused condition in line with our returns policy, your online order can be returned to any of our stores.

Can I telephone the store?

Although our stores don’t have their own dedicated phone number, our customer service team will be happy to help on 01205 360099 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Saturday.

Are dogs allowed in-store?

We understand that dogs are a part of many people's lives, and we welcome well-behaved dogs in our stores. We kindly ask though that you keep your furry friend on a leash at all times. Please also be mindful of other customers who may not be comfortable around dogs. If your dog becomes disruptive or we feel it poses a safety concern, we may kindly ask that you take your pet out of the store. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to serving you and your furry companion!

I’m on my bike, can you ship my purchase to my home?

Of course! No charge for orders over £25.

Do you offer custom helmet fitting?

Absolutely! We can switch cheek pads and skull liners to help ensure you get the very best fit. Currently this is available for Arai and Schuberth, as well as Shoei for which we offer the Shoei Personal Fitting System (PFS) at selected stores. If you’d like to book-in a fitting, just contact us to arrange an appointment.
