I needed a new helmet, jacket and trousers. Went to the store at Milton Keynes. It was my first visit to a store, having purchased many times from sportsbikeshop on line. Customer service, knowledge and help given at the store was exactly as I've experienced online. Lee was patient, friendly helpful and knowledgable. Found what I needed in terms of models and size, ordered in store for correct size and colour to be delivered, which came a couple if days later. Brilliant service as always!

Apparently most people have a Shoei, Arai head etc. and mine unhelpfully sits somewhere in between. As a result, I have till recently suffered from pain after c. 60 minutes of riding for many years.

A couple of months ago I visited Sue Hurley at Milton Keynes Sportsbikeshop and she did a custom fitting. This involved several skull measurements and custom changes to the lining of the helmet. She used to work directly with racers including at the Isle of Man TT and, after a number of multi-hour rides, its clear that her adjustments have worked well for me.

Great experience all in all. Popped into store to get an agv k1s however they didn’t have my size. Staff was very helpful younger girl at the Milton Keynes branch and provided a lot of helpful advise. Ordered online and it was packaged very well and received on time

Bought a SHOEI Neotec 3 from Sportbikeshop Milton Keynes and booked an appointment with Sue for a custom fitting. The service was superb, as always and made a big difference to the fit of the helmet. I would whole-heartedly recommend the personal fitting to get your helmet just right.
