A google search for motorcycle boots + high instep pointed me towards Forma Boots - narrowing the search down with SportsBikeShop's online catalogue found an adventure boot and a nid calf boot with wide opening, I bought both knowing that I could return one or both pairs if they were not suitable. I could get both pairs on easily, preferred a higher leg one - its comfortable fastens up tidily to go beneath trouser legs. Well impressed.

I was expecting these to be a warmer boot. Having risen 3 times in them in around 6* degrees with warm thermal socks I still
Found my feet were pretty cold after only an hours riding. Other than that, good boot, well made and nice and wide. Comfy boot.
