Great item, set up easy and connected with other units straightaway

These pair with a mobile phone very easily & have a neat fitment. Speakers are quite thick but sensitive in their position to be clearly audible. The FM radio? Well... You can simulate the performance by stuffing two empty crisp bags in your crash helmet next to your ears & wrinkling them mid song/chat, thus entirely ruining your enjoyment. Nearly went insane on my first hourly commute! They are waterproof so far & have a long battery life. Buttons almost impossible to use when on the move with thick gloves. Tried to answer a call on it, but accidentally switched it off instead. I don't like this kit much. A pair of £15 bluetooth speakers would have been better value. If you want a radio on-the-move, don't bother with this. 'KRRSSKKSHRRKKDS' is what you get most of the time, only louder.

I switched from Sena after it kept failing when heavy rain fell, and I wish I'd have switched earlier.

The simplicity of this intercom sells it mostly, but then the quality of the sound further confirmed it was a good decision. Speakers are brilliant and is still working even after a heavy rain session and sleet.

I have been using interphone intercom products for many years and compared to other top rated intercoms from other oem's I have also used, they still remain the best! They work really well and are the easiest to use by a country mile. Also, in terms of customer service, sportsbikeshop remain top and the reason they remain my go to supplier!

Got this as a replacement for Sena 10S which I bought earlier in the year but unfortunately a 320mile run in heavy rain finished it so Sportsbike Shop replaced it with absolutely no problem (excellent service).Interphone volume was probably better than Sena which pleasantly surprised me, lost connection with Tomtom which I blame Tomtom because Sena did same,turning Tomtom off and on again and away we go. 250 miles in rain again but absolutely no problem. First things first ... I'm a deaf old git and wear hearing aids when not on the bike. Currently on a tour of France, Spain and Portugal and using the Google app on my phone with this intercom to get me into and out of big cities/ towns.
Basically it's a great piece of kit and works well for me up to about 60mph ... after that I struggle to hear it
I've tried the radio and not found it too good ... there again do I want to listen to radio when I'm zapping on ?
Never had a helmet intercom before but have found this good over the last 1,700 miles
I've not tried the phone or mp3 systems
From my experiences I recommend it !
